Q9Golf | Terms & Conditions

Membership to Q9Golf is free subject to the payment of an annual / seasonal administration fee of R450 plus vat
Registration does not constitute a partnership or any club membership and is purely for administration purposes and the first round of Q9Golf.
Q9Golf reserves the right to refuse or reject any registration to Q9Golf without question.
The registration membership is not in any way transferable to any other person/s or entity
Membership is charged annually in advance including the first round of Q9Golf for the year plus benefits, and will be deducted using your chosen payment method on or about 1 September each year.
Payment must be made via credit card online.
Please note that your statement reference for your payment will reflect as Q9GOLF and your registration number.
No refunds for registration will be allowed after fourteen (14) days.
Advance payments for Q9Golf bookings may be refunded on written application subject to producing any required medical or other documents which prevent the golfer from continuing.
Q9GOLF reserves the right to change any term or condition or withdraw any product at any time giving 30 days written notice published on the website and circulated via email to registered members.
Only registered golfers who have paid the administration fee will be allowed to participate during any season, which is calculated from 1 September each year until 31 August the following year excepting for the inaugural year of 2018 which will commence on Launch to 31 August 2019.
A golfer remains registered for Q9Golf as long as their annual administration fee has been paid.
In the event that an attempt to deduct the annual administration fee fails, the golfer’s registration will be immediately withdrawn until paid.
In the event of one or more of these terms, conditions, rules and regulations being unenforceable they will be regarded as removed – the remaining clauses are still deemed valid.
Any attempt to collect administration fees is up to the golfer to ensure fees are paid and will only be processed for a maximum period of 3 months.
Q9GOLF is authorised to store the member’s personal information.
Q9GOLF reserves the right to send the member operational messages by whatever channel is deemed appropriate, for course information, competition details and any announcements related to Q9Golf from the organiser or our sponsors.
Where the member has agreed, Q9GOLF reserves the right to contact the member with marketing related offers from time to time. The member may elect to unsubscribe from these communications at any point.
The Q9Golfer by way of entry and payment of the annual R450 registration fee, warrants that they and/or their estate hereby indemnify The Company against any claim by themselves, or any person arising directly or indirectly from their death, injury, loss, or damage suffered by them or any person as a result of their use of the facilities or services, whether it be allegedly caused or contributed to by an act or omission by The Company, its directors, employees, contractors, consultants and agents.
Any golfer with an official handicap may register to participate in Q9Golf subject to the payment of the annual administration fee.
Membership is available to people 16 years of age or older, or from the age of 12 years at their local course providing their participation in any zone, national or world series is accompanied by their parent or guardian at their own expense.
All 36 tee times on Q9Golf are at the same time as determined by the participating golf course during any season or part thereof. A maximum of 72 golfers will participate per Q9Golf allocated day – 9 four-balls per front and back 9 in two separate competitions per day which constitutes one league per golf course per season. Online bookings are open 24/7 until fully booked for the day.
Payment for bookings can only be processed via a Credit Card.
Once your booking has been paid for you will receive electronic confirmation via email and / or your cell phone.
Any Q9GOLF golf booking missed can be rescheduled once per booking before being forfeited.
Q9GOLF rounds are subject to availability on the designated Q9Golf days per course during the season. Book in advance to secure the dates required Sunday to Friday or as stipulated by the participating golf courses.
Credit card and bank details can be changed online.
Golfers are required to conform to the local rules and regulations of the participating golf course, and any breach may result in disqualification from the Q9Golf season with no refund.
Should Q9Golf not be possible on any day due to weather or other reasons beyond the golfers control, the dates will be credited and the golfer may rebook subject to two changes with no further liability or admission by Q9Golf.
There is no additional charge for booking changes.
Transfers of bookings from one player to another are not permitted. No bookings will be made for new substitute golfers.
Complimentary rounds won in any competition are not transferable.
Where carts are booked, the driver must be over 18 years and hold a valid driver’s license.
Proof of ID may be called for to confirm participation on any tee time booked.
