A maximum of 36 golfers will play per competition per Q9Golf day, off a 9-hole Tee sheet. To ensure you get the starting Tee box of choice in each competition you play, you can start by booking your first, compulsory 6 rounds in advance on the booking page.

Bookings

1. Choose your golf club
2. Choose the month
3. Choose your Q9Golf day
4. Choose Front 9 or back 9
5. Enter your Q9 number into the Tee slot 1-4
6. If registering other golfers search with their Q9 number

Scores

1. Enter the Stableford POINTS score you have entered and signed for.
2. All players in your 4-ball score each other and everyone signs each score card.
3. 4 cards = 4 markers = 4 players (keep your own scorecard until scores are entered onto the system and verified)

Profile

1. It is up to you to update your handicap on your profile.
2. If your handicap goes up you may only play off the highest handicap rating in your division.
3. If you handicap goes down you play off the lower ranking.
4. If you move into a higher handicap division you will retain your scores off the lower handicap until you enter new scores of your higher handicap.
5. You must have a minimum of 6 scores, 3 front and 3 back 9 in any one handicap division.

Q9Golf front & back 9 entries

You must play a combination of the front and back 9 over your qualifying rounds. Out of your top 6 scores, 3 scores will be automatically pulled from one nine and 3 scores from the second nine holes to determine your position on club leaderboard. Rounds are not restricted.

Q9Golf Date changes on advance bookings

Provided you have booked and paid, dates may be changed if required 48 hours before the booked time, and subject to you finding an alternative date. Q9Golf cannot however guarantee or hold Tee Boxes open.

Simply plug in your booking reference and the Tee box date booked for the course registered and it will allow you to choose another date. Two changes are allowed per booking, but you can only change your own booking. All tee times are the same for both the front and back 9 competitions.
