Q9Golf operates in compliance with the SAGA Amateur Code and South African POPIA privacy law.
Registration is open to amateur golfers with an active HNA / SAGA handicap. By registering, you confirm your amateur status and agree to play in compliance with the SAGA Amateur Code.
Annual registration is R450 + VAT. Per-round entry is R150 + VAT and may vary at premier courses. Pricing for the active season is shown at the point of payment.
Top 3 per 9 receive electronic vouchers redeemable at any Q9Golf partner outlet. Vouchers may be combined. No prizes may be exchanged for cash — this is a non-negotiable requirement of the SAGA Amateur Code.
Handicap data is synced from Handicaps Network Africa (HNA). Players cannot self-edit their handicap inside Q9Golf. If you believe your HNA index is incorrect, contact HNA directly.
Q9Golf is operated by The Flagship and complies with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only the data needed to run the league and process payments. You may request data export or deletion at any time from your profile or by emailing tee@q9golf.com.
Annual registration is non-refundable once a Q9 round has been played. Per-round bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before tee time receive a voucher credit. Same-day cancellations are at the discretion of the host club admin.
Q9Golf is a competition for amateur golfers. We expect respectful conduct on and off the course. Disputes over score verification are resolved by the Club Admin. Repeated disputes or unsporting behaviour may result in suspension from the league.
Q9Golf provides a platform for booking and scoring competitions at participating clubs. We are not responsible for course conditions, club access, or events outside our control. All play is at the player's own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
