10 SA zones · 18 golfers per club × participating clubs. Independent host draw.
Top 3 per division per zone — 180 qualifiers. Top 4 per division advance to the World Super Series.
Top 4 per division — 24 golfers — travel as Team SA Q9Golf. November annually at an international host, all expenses paid.

Regional afternoon windows — KZN 16h00–18h00, Gauteng 15h00–17h00, Cape Town 19h00–21h00 in summer. Each club publishes its own Q9 days monthly.
